pop it I the microwave. I live alone and eat it for dinner, then the next day I pick on it during the day, and have the rest the next night. My Parrot also loves it. Just a quick Thanks to let you know it's great. I know that you have other products, just haven't seen them at the store but when I do I will try something else.
